A word from Tania Kemou

A Journey of Personal Growth

Hi, I’m Tania and I’ve been practicing Ashtanga yoga for over a decade. This practice and especially my yearly travels to Mysore (the birthplace of Ashtanga) have changed my life and how I view the world. Now I want to share with you all the insights and blessings this practice and my teacher in India gave me.

This retreat is the opportunity for you to explore all aspects of Ashtanga Yoga, deepen your practice, gain new perspectives and draw inspiration.

I want you to feel empowered and strong by learning how to use yoga to improve your health, life and relationships.

Every time I leave India, both my heart and mind are full. My goal is for you to leave this retreat the same way.

A journey of personal growth and at the same time an opportunity to escape, explore and evolve, this retreat is for all those who are seeking “something more”.

Most likely yes. Due to the ferry schedule you should allow one day prior & after the retreat for traveling and book two extra nights in Athens.

In some cases you might be able to catch a late flight on your return but there should be a minimum of 4-5 hours between the scheduled arrival of the ferry in Piraeus and your flight.

I’m a beginner in Ashtanga yoga. Can i still join the retreat?

Yes totally! Beginners are more than welcome. We will work on the foundations first and then slowly work through primary series. By the end of the retreat you should be well on your way to be able to establish a home practice.

Yes. Our menu is vegetarian and we can include vegan dishes upon request.

Yes, several! The two closest beaches are just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. There are also two more beaches within walking distance, about 15–20 minutes away.
