When you sign up for a retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. Only once we have received your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Please also be sure to identify your transfer with your name and the name of the retreat you are joining.
PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT
The remaining amount is due no later than 4 weeks before the retreat starts. We will send you a reminder a week before the final payment date. If we do not receive your payment on time, we will have to make your spot available to those on the waiting list.
We do not offer refunds for the retreat deposit. Refunds for the remaining amount depends on when we receive the cancellation. Should you need to cancel with more than 4 weeks until the retreat date, you will be refunded 100% of the total amount (minus the deposit). Should you need to cancel within 4 weeks before the retreat date, 50% of the total amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests made within 2 weeks before the retreat date.
Currently, regardless of the country of origin, you are not required to display a valid certificate of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 or evidence of a negative test result from SARS-CoV-2 infection (PCR or Rapid Antigen test). You can visit travel.gov.gr for any changes. It is your responsibility to check whether travel from your home country to Greece and back is possible and under which conditions. We advise you to book flexible or refundable airline tickets. We are not responsible for your additional travel costs such as COVID tests.
NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat, exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical, personal, family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, the retreat deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
If we must cancel a retreat, notably but not exclusively due to COVID related travel restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a full refund (including the deposit) or you may transfer your payment to the rescheduled retreat. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with your trip.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
We strongly recommend to our participants to purchase travel and health insurance to cover the retreat activities. Furthermore, you participate to the classes and activities at your own risk. Please note that we do not offer insurance of any kind.
