When you sign up for a retreat, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. Once we have received your deposit or proof of payment, your reservation is officially confirmed. By transferring your deposit, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions on this page. Please also mention on your transfer your name and the dates of the retreat you are joining.
PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT
The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before the retreat starts. We will send you a reminder a week before the final payment date. If we do not receive your payment on time, we reserve the right to make your spot available to those on the waiting list.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The retreat deposit is non-refundable.If you request to cancel more than 6 weeks before the retreat date, you can choose to change your participation to another retreat within the same calendar year, if there is one available. If you choose to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded.If you cancel within 6-3 weeks before the retreat date, the total amount (minus the deposit) will be refunded. Changes are no longer possible.No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 3 weeks before the retreat date.
NON REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to organise the retreat, exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, bad weather, acts of terrorism, illness, pandemics, health conditions, medical, personal, family or work emergencies. If you cannot reach the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as (but not limited to) strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, the retreat deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive late or need to leave your retreat early, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your scheduled stay.
IN CASE A RETREAT IS CANCELLED
If we must cancel a retreat, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can request a full refund (including the deposit) or you may transfer your payment to another retreat within the same calendar year. We are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visa fees and/or other costs associated with your trip.
TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE
We strongly recommend to our participants to purchase travel and health insurance to cover the retreat activities. Furthermore, you participate to the classes and activities at your own risk. Please note that we do not offer insurance of any kind.
